The base, bow, and primary components of our machines are constructed from high-quality cast iron, ensuring long-lasting durability and vibration resistance during operation.
The worktable is thoughtfully designed to allow for the efficient flow of coolant over the workpiece and its smooth return to the integrated coolant tank. This enhances cutting performance, improves tool life, and keeps the workspace clean and safe.
Vice.
The vice is made from high-quality cast iron and is easily adjustable, allowing the operator to switch between different sizes of material in a matter of seconds.
Adjustable Down Feed & Automatic Cut-Off
The down feed of the saw frame is easily adjustable via a simple control knob, allowing operators to set the feed rate from minimum to maximum as needed. This ensures precise and effortless cutting of both thin-walled steel tubes and solid bars, with consistent control maintained throughout the operation.
For added convenience and safety, all machines come equipped with an automatic cut-off feature, which stops the machine at the end of the cutting stroke.
