Automated Slide-Way Lubrication
To ensure smooth operation and long-term reliability, all slide-ways are lubricated via an electronically controlled pump system. This system distributes lubricant precisely through metering valves to designated lubrication points, maintaining optimal performance and reducing wear over time.
Rigidity & Stability
The core structural components of the machine are constructed from stress-relieved Meehanite castings, renowned for their superior strength, stability, and vibration-dampening properties. This ensures long-term accuracy, durability, and consistent machining performance.
To further enhance precision and extend the machine’s service life, a fixed hand-scraping process is applied. This traditional technique ensures optimal contact surfaces, improving alignment and overall machine performance.
