We can offer 3, 4 or 5 Axis options with either Niken or Ucam units other options include pallet changers, various swarf conveyor systems & Our standard control system is Fanuc which gives us the ultimate in control & reliability helping us with our standard 2 year warranty which is rarely called upon.
Machining processes can be achieved at high speed with reliable
repeatability and quality. All the range are built on cast
columns & bases to eliminate vibration and enable a better
cutting finish. Rigid tapping is standard.. On the random toolchanger, an air blast is
used to clean the spindle prior to the next one entering,
air blast is also used to clean the work piece while machining.
Thus bringing together the perfect balance of quality reliability
& price.
The spindle motor is directly mounted onto the spindle giving more direct power & control. Axis motors are also mounted directly on to the ballscrews giving more control, power & accuracy than you would normally get from the conventional belt system.
